Polyurethane Injection
Polyurethane Injection is used to stop water ingress through cracks in below grade, floor, vertical and overhead concrete repairs, and will repair all different sizes of slab depth. Urethane injection is the ideal repair method for water ingress in cracks smaller than 1/8 of an inch because of the Urethane resin’s ability to migrate and fill all tributaries (micro cracks) that exist within the larger crack itself. We achieve this by strategically placing ports (mechanical packers) along the crack and injecting a flexible urethane resin under high pressure, filling and sealing the crack. This method is perfect for parkades, residential / commercial foundations, or any below grade concrete under hydrostatic pressure.
Xypex Crystalline Waterproofing
By means of diffusion, the reactive chemicals in Xypex products use water as a migrating medium to enter and travel down the capillaries of the concrete. This process precipitates a chemical reaction between Xypex, moisture and the by-products of cement hydration, forming a new non-soluble crystalline structure. This integral structure fills the capillary tracts rendering the concrete waterproof.

Epoxy Injection
Repair by epoxy injection can restore structural integrity and eliminate moisture in cracks. This method is ideal for repairing cracks smaller than 1/8 of an inch. Cracks can be injected from one or both sides of a concrete member, vertical and overhead. Similar to urethane injection, epoxy injection allows the resin to migrate and fill all tributaries (micro cracks) using high-pressure injection to restore structural integrity.
Floor Slab Crack Repair – Route & Seal
Over time a floor slab may develop hairline cracks that if left untreated can eventually spall into bigger, larger areas that will eventually require removal and replacement. By routing out the crack, and creating a channel to install a poly-urea or epoxy based joint filler to fill and eliminate the crack, this can elongate the life span of your Parkade floor slab. This repair method is applicable to the following:
